The Way to Class

[Hinazu]

"I was waiting for you" she replied stepping into the hallway. "You do know where you are going I assume." she highly doubted a upperclassman would have problems knowing where the classes were but it could still happen she supposed but didn't think this would be the case. She held her hands behind her back as she walked she honestly wasn't terribly worried about being late, regardless of the punishment.
"Don't you have a class to be getting to as well?" she asked looking back at him seeming to be scanning him with her eyes. She wondered why such an apparent school idol would take time out of his schedule to play guide for a first year.

[Rahgio]

-Rahgio chuckled a little as the girl took in his features, trying to glean information from his appearance much like he had done to her. He could see that she was confident that he knew the way, probably because he was a 4th-year. But he had known the castle inside and out since before he had laid eyes on it.-

"Of course i know the way."

-Grabbing a torch from the wall he began to walk at a leisurely pace, not needing to look where he was going for his feet guided him naturally. He loved this castle, the way the light played across the walls. The way his footsteps sounded, as they echoed down the passages.

Class? Him? That was humorous in his eyes, he hadn't needed classes other than a few in magic here and there. The warrior classes he had taken before were just an excuse to get some training in.-

"I'm not at this school for the classes, so don't worry. I wasn't going anyway."

[Hinazu]

"not in school for the classes? so I take it you are here for the lodge or something." she said trying not to sound like she really cared because frankly she didn't. But she did find it odd for someone to want to just hang out at a school she figured there was much more to it then that. She looked around taking in the atmosphere of the hallway it was interesting to her how they used torch light the overall architecture was lovely to her. She continued following him not sure on how to continue the conversation so instead she just listened to the sounds around them.

[Rahgio]

"I'm here because this castle wasn't always a school and I have a little family history with it."

-He heard the uninterested tone to her voice, not really blaming her. He wouldn't be interested if his story didn't make him so angry. He wondered what this place had been like back then, when his father had sat upon the throne of the Victura. But he wouldn't tell her that part, he dint want to put her at risk just for something like that. He continued to walk in silence.-

[Hinazu]

"so you are like the deans son well bigger than that" she replied continuing to walk, still not thinking of much to say, and not sure if she should be expected to fangirl over something like this or not. But nonetheless kept up her I don't care face, she was actually quite good at making that face, at least she thought so.

[Rahgio]

"Higher than the Dean, trust me."

-Rahgio would stop at another door. Pushing against the creaky old wood, he opened it. Behind it would be what seemed to be a lush tropical jungle, the sounds of many animals echoing around. A small path winding through the trees, while on either side was water, on the far bank an alligator. -

"Not much farther Hinazu."

[Hinazu]

Hinazu's face would turn to one that was a mixture of shock and confusion her eyes widening and her mouth slightly agape she was simply puzzled. "is...that a real alligator?" she asked pointing at the animal. Why there would be a jungle in a school was beyond her, unless it was some kind of Animagi class room but still it blew her mind. She looked around clearly confused, there was no hiding it. "so um we just walk along the path right?" she said nervously she wasn't exactly a nature person and as for animals she felt nervous around most house pets much less wild animals. "um you lead the way." she said nodding towards Rahgio

[Rahgio]

"Yeah, that's a real alligator."

-This forest was used now as a place to study animals in their natural habitat. A valuable asset for Animagi and those were leaving the castle out on their own for the first time. It was also used to grow some of the food for the students and staff, since the castle was to high up for provisions to be sent up from the ground more than twice a year.-

"Yup, that path leads the way out and to your class."

-He would begin walking down the path, enjoying how it seemed to breath. The vibrant color leaping out at him, the sounds bringing back memories that weren't his. Some animals could be seen watching them closely, the alligator slipping into the water to observe them."

[Hinazu]

She still waited for Rahgio to get a bit ahead as there was no way in hell she was gonna go first. Particularly with the conformation that there was something like an alligator in here, she didnt care to figure out what other kinds of surprises awaited her inside alone. It was funny to think that she never would have gotten to class due to this. Yes her fear was a tad irrational but still she was quite glad she took him up on being her guide.
She then followed behind him slowly making sure to stay on the path.

[Rahgio]

-He could tell she wasn't comfortable in the jungle, having walked beside him before but seeming to hide behind him now. He didn't know why she was frightened of the jungle, he understood that everyone had something that was to much. Maybe he could talk to her? Try to lay her fears to rest for right now?

"There isn't a reason to be scared in here Hinazu, the animals know better than to get nasty towards people when I'm around."

-He would look at the animals and they would back away, save for the alligator. Which was watching them carefully. The alligator would occasionally snap at passing birds.-

[Hinazu]

She shook her head that doing little to clear her fear. She appreciated the gesture but she wasn't gonna go hug a critter anytime soon. She still looked around taking in the surrounding area as well as taking note of all the animals around them.
"that's nice"
for him that is, so nice to know that if he wasn't around she could very well wind up getting attacked by one of these beasts she figured she should probably retrieve her axe, but this guy seemed to think he had it covered so why bother.
"so do you never go to class?" she asked trying to change the subject.

[Rahgio]

"I only go when I feel like it. The teachers don't mind anymore though, they actually prefer it when I don't show up."

-Rahgio realized that his attempt at putting her fears to rest had failed. He wasn't really surprised by that, having never tried to help before. He did sort of wish it had helped, it was odd seeing a girl that had been so confident moments before react like Hinazu had.

He knew the were getting near her class when they came across the waterfall. It dropped off to the side, falling about two miles before hitting the water in a pond below.

"This is a good place if you like to swim, jumping off the waterfall is a rush."

[Hinazu]

"uh huh, I doubt they have a pool huh" she replied she didnt like the idea of swimming in lakes, well she liked swimming, just not lakes, especially lakes that are near where she spotted an alligator. Hence why she would take a pool over a lake or pond or even ocean any day.
However the jump did sound fun, in a suicidally dangerous way to her and she smiled a bit looking up to the top of the waterfall. But that would be stupid, besides she had a class to be getting to not that she was desperately wanting to get there.
"why would they want you to ditch classes?" she asked

[Rahgio]

"Hmm no, that's the only place to swim.. Hmm I think i might go for a swim after i get you to class."

-Taking off his sword and leaning it up against a nearby tree. Continuing down the path thee would be no wall in sight, only an open forest before them. Steamy air and noisy animals wherever one looked.-

" Ha, its a long story. But if you ever need a teacher handled, I'm your guy. Oh, and don't worry about being late. I'll tell your teacher to let it slide."

-He would stop suddenly, reaching his hand out into the steamy air. A metal door would shimmer into existence before them, creaking open as Rahgio pushed it. On the other side of the door would be another stone torch lit hallway.-
